Soul Tracker – Complete User Guide

Soul Tracker User Guide
The Christ Embassy Soul Tracker is a digital soul management tool designed to help leaders and members of the ministry effectively record, monitor, and track the spiritual development of the souls they win daily—until those souls become committed members of the ministry.
This innovative platform is structured to drive soul retention, guiding users through a follow-up process that ensures new converts:
- Attend church services regularly,
- Enroll in and complete Foundation School, and
- Join a cell group within the ministry.
Additional areas of interest include registering them as ministry partners and encouraging their participation on social media platforms such as KingsChat and Yookos.
Each year, the Soul Tracker becomes the sole platform for reporting soul-winning activities across the ministry. It is the basis for recognizing and awarding:
- The Top Soul Winning Church/Zone,
- The Top Soul Winning Cell Groups, and
- The Top Soul Winning Individuals
…at the International Cell Leaders’ Conference (ICLC).
The Soul Tracker is available at www.christembassysoultracker.org and can be downloaded on both Google Play Store and Apple Store.

2. Features of the Soul Tracker
Adding a Soul
Users are to input the personal information of souls they win using the designated section of the app.
Tracking a Soul
The journey of each soul is monitored using specific milestones:
- Church Attendance Records
Users are encouraged to invite their souls to attend services regularly. A minimum of four recorded attendances is required for a soul to be considered a member. - Foundation School
Souls must be enrolled in Foundation School. The app allows users to record the progress of the soul through six levels of classes. After the final class, an automatic email is sent to the soul to confirm completion. The zone must then verify the completion before the status can be updated. - Cell Membership
Each soul must join a cell group. The user must input the cell name and confirm the soul’s participation in the system. - Social Media Participation
Souls should be introduced to and registered on the ministry’s main platforms:- KingsChat
- Yookos (for PastorChrisLive prayer posts)
Once done, this information is to be recorded in the app.
Soul Status Update
The app categorizes souls under two main statuses:
- Soul Saved: A person who has been led to Christ and registered on the app but hasn’t completed all the required follow-up stages.
- Soul Won: A person who has fulfilled all ministry requirements—attended 4+ services, completed Foundation School, joined a cell, and participated on social platforms.
Note: The most important requirement for transitioning a soul from saved to won is the verified completion of Foundation School.
Progress and rankings of soul-winning activities can be monitored via the app homepage, where top performers are also celebrated.
3. Notifications
The Soul Tracker includes a smart notification system that helps users stay on track by sending reminders and alerts related to the progress of the souls they are managing.
