Early Life and Educational Background

Rev. Francis Onyedikachi Udeh Jnr is a purpose-driven and globally recognized thought leader with a deep commitment to transformation and excellence. He began his academic journey in the sciences, studying Laboratory Science with a major in Histopathology at Ebonyi State University, Abakaliki. His spiritual calling led him to pursue pastoral training at the Assemblies of God School of Divinity in Umuahia, where he was officially certified as a pastor.

Pastoral Journey and Ministry Experience

Rev. Udeh served faithfully for 13 years within the Assemblies of God Church. His passion and leadership skills earned him a prominent role as the lead pastor of the Assemblies of God Worship Centre in Onitsha, a position he held for 9 impactful years. His ministry is marked by integrity, speed, wisdom, and tangible results.

Family and Spiritual Mentorship

He is blessed with a supportive wife, Pastor Ifesinachi Udeh, and together they are parents to two daughters, Kasinma and Kamara. Rev. Udeh’s spiritual foundation was significantly shaped by his spiritual father, Prof. Osisiogu of Open Family Church, under whose guidance he grew and matured in faith and leadership.

Founding of Love City Gospel Centre

On May 15, 2022, Rev. Udeh launched a global spiritual mandate known as LOVE CITY GOSPEL CENTRE. This dynamic ministry was officially inaugurated on May 23, 2022, and has since grown to include four thriving expressions located in Onitsha, Nsugbe, Awada, and Omife. With a team of 12 dedicated pastors and a vibrant membership, the ministry is a beacon of God’s love and power.

Expansion and Leadership Transition

Demonstrating his belief in mentorship and shared leadership, Rev. Udeh made a bold move on May 7, 2023, by stepping down as the Lead Pastor of the Lovecity Onitsha Expression. He passed the leadership mantle to Pastor Buchi Eze and Minister Divine Eze, a testament to his commitment to raising and empowering the next generation of leaders.

Emphasis on Discipleship and Teaching

Rev. Udeh is a firm believer in the power of the Word of God and discipleship. Under his leadership, midweek services across all Love City expressions evolved into Discipleship Classes, aimed at fostering spiritual growth and maturity. These classes have empowered members to not only deepen their faith but also disciple others effectively.
